Understand the business problem, user pain points, and opportunities.
NexaSpark was founded by Padmarchana Kandi to help organizations, founders, and communities move from ideas to action using AI, strategy, and rapid experimentation to build what’s next.
Padma’s career hasn’t followed a traditional path and that has become one of her greatest strengths. From software engineering and business analysis to entrepreneurship, product development, and leading strategy and programs for a global nonprofit, she has repeatedly stepped into new spaces, learned quickly, and built from the ground up.
Today, her work sits at the intersection of AI adoption, strategy, innovation, program design, and community building. Through NexaSpark, Padma brings that experience together to help people and organizations answer a simple question:
What can we ignite next?
Padmarchana Kandi is a strategy and programs leader, entrepreneur, and AI adoption advocate focused on turning emerging technology into practical, human-centered solutions.
As Director of Strategy & Programs at Future World Alliance, she leads initiatives designed to make practical AI learning accessible to diverse communities - building and scaling AI learning programs, developing partnerships, and creating pathways that help people move from simply using AI to actually building with it.
Her background spans technology, product development, entrepreneurship, education, and community building. Earlier in her career, she worked in software engineering and business analysis, later founded entrepreneurial ventures, and returned to graduate school after a career break. She earned her iMBA and iMSM from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and was recognized by Poets&Quants as one of its 2024 Best & Brightest Online MBA graduates.
What connects all of her work is a love of building from zero- taking an idea, bringing the right people together, experimenting quickly, and turning possibility into something tangible. That philosophy became NexaSpark.
